PayPal Reversal: Can I Open a Dispute?
One of my bad customer reversed 150$ USD, his date of payment was around 10 November so there are 45 days passed. I think there is a limit of 45 days before opening a dispute. I'm asking you guys if you've a better solution or advice about opening a paypal dispute of this transaction/reversal?
