Outsource Your Business $5 at a Time

I came across fiverr this past weekend from a Tweet by @jimkukral, and I became instantly addicted.
If you’re not familiar with fiverr, it is a marketplace where people are willing to provide all sorts of goods and services for $5.
Some things I’ve gotten from fiverr so far are this cartoon drawn from a photo, a 10-second voiceover from a British guy to introduce the Affiliate Thing podcast, and a plug for my blog on somebody’s Facebook profile.
fiverr is similar to other services online where you go through a third party to get something, and the funds are not released to the seller until you sign off on the project.
There are lots of fun, random listings, like a guided walking tour of London, a voodoo doll out of a piece of clothing from an ex, and a temporary Facebook girlfriend.
But there are also lots of offerings to leverage in business, such [...]

Congressmen Call For FTC To Look Into Google Buzza “And AdMob Deal Too

Nearly two months after Google’s rocky introduction of ‘Buzz,’ the sharing service remains under fire from privacy advocates; eleven congressmen have written a letter to the chairman of the FTC urging the agency to investigate complaints about the service – and, perhaps more ominously for Google , also look into the company’s pending deal to buy …

If You Want To Build An Affiliate Website What Are Your First Steps?

So, I have a strong interest in a niche I think I can monetize and according to the Google keyword tool external there is lots of search traffic to be had.
What I would like to know is it better to have no ads whatsoever when you start out? I mean should you completely focus on content and not concern yourself with monetization?
Is there a certain amount of traffic you need to reach before you make efforts to generate income?
