PPC software suggestions?

Can anyone suggest Adwords and other PPC software suggestions?
Something for our ecommerce site (400 products) to make creating ads etc less time consuming that doing it manually in Adwords.
Hopefully something that can take a feed from our website so it can pull the ads when we go out of stock and update them automatically when we make changes to the products on the site.
I know Channel Advisor will do this, but it’s a ittle expensive to start with as I’m just starting out with Adwords so I want to see how profitable it is before I commit to large monthly fees.
