Does anyone here use AVN Ads?

I have a semi-adult site so AdSense is not an option. I tried Clicksor and XXXWebTraffic but they performed very poorly (like 3 cents a day). I get about 1000 visits / 100,000 page views per day.
I signed up for AVN Ads yesterday and started sending them about 30% of my traffic for a test run. So far I’m getting an eCPM of about $0.03.
For those of you who use it / have used it, is this typical or can I expect this to improve over time.
Is there anything better out there.
